Yes, there is a cancellation policy for moves booked with Cypress Movers. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us as soon as possible. For cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled move, there will be no penalty or additional charges. However, if you cancel within 48 hours, a cancellation fee may apply. We do our best to be flexible and work with our customers, so please reach out to our customer service team to discuss any changes to your moving plans.
