Our return policy at Scotts of Stow is designed to offer complete satisfaction to our customers. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and in such cases, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We kindly request that you include the original receipt or proof of purchase when returning an item. Please note that personalized, perishable, and intimate items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and they will guide you through the process. Rest assured, we strive to ensure a hassle-free and positive experience for all our valued customers.
