Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Searlenyc.com, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and provide your order information. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or defective. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
