I'm sending this in behalf of another party who is currently on hold awaiting an agent for tech support. It's been over a half an hour since the chat bot greeted him with something such as someone will be right with you. Therefore, I'm trying alternate options to get him assistance.**"Purchased an Aspire from Walmart. **Unfortunately, I've learned there is an unknown email associated with this laptop who is listed as the account administrator effectively preventing my accomplishing some things **I would hope to avoid having to uninstall everything and make a factory reset and possibly return the product for exchange.**I believe that possibly someone else bought and returned it and it was resold (to me) as brand new.**Would you be able to assist with this?"
