So on Monday February **th of **** I went on the Burger King mobile app. I placed an order and when it got to the car where you wanted to do a picnic method I tried to use my card for somebody reason they wouldn't go through but it charged me $** the first time and then ** dollars a second time and so when I tell you the app and I got to the restaurant through the drive-thru and I have to pay $** or something at the window and that's when I know these guys they took $** off my card and now my account but it wouldn't but my order wouldn't go through all I'm asking is for me to get put back onto my card cuz wherever it went it didn't it didn't go trust my order because then give me a number to get them at the speaker that's why I have to order it to drive through window please and thank you I would like to know when my money will you put back up to my card I've submitted to different questions online about my payment issue and you are still do not respond back or give me any close to that game or status on the situation I just want answers answers in the money to get back on my card
