So you still have now wrongfully billed me for ***.** in charges over the past * years. I have been unable to get ahold of a human representative at the corporate office to have the remaining money that was stolen refunded. The astoundingly poor customer service and lack of refund is amazing. You have made a billing mistake in your favor for ***.**, and let your customer loose have a thousand dollars due to your carelessness, and not corrected your failure.
