Our guest had to cancel an August booking made before Covid-**. They would like to be refunded in full. No travellers are allowed to the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador now or for the foreseeable future without an immediate self quarantine of ** days. Further, the USA-Canada border is still closed. These guests are seniors and it is unsafe to travel for them in ANY event. We would like Flipkey to refund their entire expenses including booking fee. We are extremely disappointed in Flipkey’s Covid refund policy. The reservation is for Hampton House in Bonavista Newfoundland. I am one of the two property owners—-Jeffrey Brooks. The other is Stephanie Courtney. We are both irate. Our listing is in jeopardy if this isn’t dealt with promptly.
