Hi,*I am currently in Tier * in London and we have just found out that from midnight tonight (** Dec) we will no longer be able to travel out of London and therefore I will legally not be able to get on my flight. My ticket allows me to change my flight for free which I would like to do but your website is not letting me do this. When I click to change flight and click 'Next Step' your website then shows me a message: No itinerary found for requested segment *.*Please let me know how to change my flight which is tomorrow morning. Your phone lines aren't operating and no one is replying on facebook messenger or your official Whatsapp.**Thank you*Zbigniew**Thank you
