When updating the game through the launcher, I kept encountering the e02018 error. Following online advice, I clicked "confirm" and restarted the update, managing to complete the first half. Currently, the launcher is inconsistent in opening and requires me to restart my computer. Furthermore, when the launcher does open, the game fails to launch and gets stuck on downloading repair files. It's been quite frustrating as I've been attempting to play since Wednesday.

I am reaching out for assistance as I have been an enthusiastic player of BnS for nearly three years. Despite adhering to the regulations and being courteous, my account was unexpectedly locked around two weeks ago. Unfortunately, no one has provided me with a clear explanation. I have attempted to resolve this by submitting my PayPay transaction ID and bank statement, but have not received a response. Throughout my ten years playing Tera, I never encountered such issues as they always cooperated to resolve any problems. It is disheartening that BnS seems unresponsive despite my years of dedication and financial investment in the game. I am hopeful for assistance as playing BnS has been my primary relaxation outlet as a 41-year-old mother of two once my children are asleep. Any help resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. My details are related to the Zulia server, my character being KaiYuki. Assistance is urgently needed.

I have been wrongly accused of using 3rd party software while playing Guild Wars 2. I have not installed any software that interacts with the game, so this must be a mistake. I have been a loyal customer for a long time and have never cheated in Guild Wars or Guild Wars 2. I am unfamiliar with the software I am accused of using, and it is unfair to be penalized for something I did not do. I have always followed your Terms of Service agreement. Please take the time to investigate my situation further. Put yourself in my position and imagine being accused of something you are innocent of. My family and I used to enjoy playing your game together, so being falsely accused and punished is extremely distressing.

I believe my NC account has been hacked. While playing Blade & Soul, I encountered a suspicious website, www.ncoin.cf, prompting me to log in. Following that, I experienced issues accessing my NCsoft account the next day, receiving an email notifying me of an email address change. I have submitted a ticket to NCSOFT about the hacking incident. I am concerned because I have valuable items on two characters: Wearediamondogs, a Gunslinger Yun, and MrStrifePXP, a BladeMaster Jin. Additionally, upon creating a new account with the same login details, I discovered my characters were missing in the game. I suspect foul play and seek assistance in recovering my account and characters. Thank you for your attention.

On December 11th, I received an email from Intel offering a selection of free games, including Blade and Soul with a $25 in-game content code. It took a while, but I eventually got the code. I created my NCSoft account and installed Blade and Soul on the same day, although I uninstalled it due to doubts about the code. On December 28th, when I tried logging in, I encountered a "locked account due to suspicious activity" message. Even with a different email, the NCSoft website login just loops back to the login screen. Strangely, I can still install and play Blade and Soul, but I want to access the NCSoft website to redeem my code and play the game properly. Thank you!

Dear community, During a recent clan raid on Lineage 2, an unknown program crashed my game clients, leading to my accounts being locked the next day due to suspicion of using unauthorized programs. Despite my appeals being denied with minimal explanation, I stand by my dedication to the game since the Beta version. I have never resorted to using cheats or purchasing game advantages. Sadly, I've had to create new accounts twice, only to face the same account locking issue without proper support. I am now unable to continue playing as my ability to create new accounts has been restricted. I sincerely request assistance from the support team to investigate my computer for any triggering software causing these security measures. I am willing to cooperate by allowing remote scans or access to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I recently started playing Guild Wars 1, and to my surprise, I discovered I was banned for alleged bot usage when attempting to log in after 2 days. I want to clarify that I did not use any bots, leaving me puzzled by the ban. Contacting customer support proved unhelpful; I was informed that no further communication would be provided on the matter. I believe the issue may have arisen from me not immediately recording my character's name upon account creation. I submitted a support ticket and tried logging in multiple times while awaiting a response, contemplating if this triggered the 'anti-bot' system. As a university student, I'm distressed that the $65AUD I invested in the game might disappear unjustly. I seek clarification and assistance to resolve this situation promptly.

I have a Guild Wars account that is around 12 to 13 years old. Due to being in the military and traveling frequently, I recently tried to access my Guild Wars 2 account, but it stated that someone else might have access and advised me to contact support. Despite reaching out, the support team claims that the registered name and parents' names do not match what I provided. After various interactions with different GMs, I received conflicting messages about the ownership status of the account. Although I was initially informed that the account was unblocked, subsequent responses stated that I am not the registered owner and cannot be granted access. I am certain that the account belongs to me as I control the associated email, but I have been unable to regain access despite my efforts to resolve the issue.

Hello NCsoft, I recently purchased Guild Wars 1 and inadvertently used the same email address linked to my Guild Wars 2 account with outdated information. Due to having a new phone number, I am unable to complete the required phone verification nor access my account details on your website. Additionally, upon logging into Guild Wars 1, I was prompted about activating App verification, which I cannot utilize without being able to log in. It's frustrating not being able to play the game I just purchased, especially during the weekend when I had planned to enjoy it. I kindly request your assistance in updating my phone number verification and disabling the App verification for Guild Wars 1 entirely.

I recently came back to the game after a long hiatus. I enjoy the WvW feature and even spent real money to switch to a server where I knew some players. I joined the Kaening server and was having a good time until approximately a week ago. There is a player named Lion of ???, I can't recall his full name. He has been constantly following my guildmate and me online, harassing us. He disrupts gameplay by sabotaging resurrections and spamming chat. He obstructs our efforts to claim towers by placing numerous siege weapons. His actions have made my experience in Guild Wars 2 very unpleasant. Some of our team members are avoiding logging in because of his behavior. Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to report such conduct in the game. I am considering leaving the game and finding another one to play.

I am experiencing difficulties creating an NCSOFT account to play the game Blade and Soul. Despite attempting with various email addresses and different browsers, the system does not allow me to proceed and states, "Account Creation Failed" with a message saying, "You are not authorized to create an account." I have even tried adjusting my password's complexity to meet the requirements, but this hasn't resolved the issue. I am eager to play Blade and Soul as it seems enjoyable, so I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this problem. Thank you.

I've been noticing unexpected charges on my account from Ncsoft Google Payments for the past two months. Each charge ranges from $2.19 to $2.89, totaling up to over $[redacted] between May, June, and a few in July. I had to close my previous account due to this issue and start a new one. I've tried contacting Ncsoft multiple times but have not received any response or assistance regarding these charges. I am looking to get a complete refund for all these unauthorized transactions.

Dear Customer Support Team, I have been experiencing an ongoing issue with my NCSoft account connected to my email, [redacted] Despite changing my password in an attempt to resolve login problems, I am still unable to access my account to download the latest Blade & Soul Unreal Engine 4 Update. I tried troubleshooting by using different browsers like Opera GX and Microsoft Edge, but to no avail. Upon entering my email and password, there are no error messages, just a brief loading period followed by no action. This recurring problem has happened multiple times over the past few years. My Cash App card was hacked, resulting in nearly $[redacted] of unauthorized charges from your company. None of these transactions were made by me, as I had no prior knowledge of Ncsoft. Cash App support advised me to reach out to you directly. There were more than [redacted] transactions for $2.54 each, which should have triggered suspicion as fraudulent. I urgently request that Ncsoft cancel these transactions and promptly refund the full amount to my card.

Hello, I'm Michel Barnabe from Quebec, Canada. I've been having trouble accessing my Lineage2 Cronos account and my NC Soft account due to changes in phone numbers, computers, and moving homes over the years. The last time I logged in to my Lineage2 account was back in [redacted]. I created a new account on the Talking Island server with the character name Darkblooded. My email for this account is [redacted] When I log in, I can select servers, and I can see my level 85 dark elf character named Triabolique on the Cronos server, which I started playing in [redacted]-05 with the email [redacted] and the NCsoft account name Menok1. I'm unable to access my Menok1 account because I have lost the old pin number from [redacted]. Despite contacting NCsoft before about changing and resetting my account due to a previous computer issue where I lost all data, I am now stuck trying to log in to my [redacted] account on the Cronos server. I need assistance to reset my pin so I can access my account successfully. Thank you.
