I Guild Wars * around * days ago. I attempted to log in * days ago only to find out that I had been banned for apparently using bots. I cannot stress enough that I did not use any such programs and that I am incredibly baffled to have been banned. **I attempted to contact customer support and was not given any information. I was only told that I would not receive any future communication regarding this issue. **The only thing that I can think of that may have caused the system to be triggered was that when I made my account, I didn't immediately record my character's name. As such, I lodged a support ticket and attempted to log in to my account by guessing the name of my character while I awaited a response. I attempted it numerous times and I wonder now if that somehow triggered the 'anti-bot' system or something. I'm just very confused and upset by the whole situation. **I am currently a university student and I am very distressed at the idea that the $**AUD I spent on the game will have disappeared for no reason. **Thank you in advance.
