The issue in GetHuman-clbjuly's own words
File and print without all this aggravation ... *ndinput ...been charged twice to both irs and u ... logging on today says I haven’t filed yet last night credit card was charged $*** to irs and *.** * .** and today another $*** & *.**.... I need * nd chugs backed out or a direct refund by you fir the *nd irs chug ... I will send that back to u once I get refund of double chug from irs... I cannot afford these dual chefs... I also need to print my return but your Sys has screwed me ..... can’t print
It should not matter that I enter tax info on iPad then want to login on laptop to print. Laptop not available when I wanted to e-file!
I want my irs double payment refunded by TaxAct. Waiting for irs to refund could be months. This is not my error ... I am retired and on limited income. Cannot afford this.
I have used this product on multiple occasions
Credit card company cannot back out double payment and should be refunded by TaxAct.
