I have used your software for years and suffered major loss from Florence. Why is it so expensive to do my state return with you instead of it being a free file for NC? Seriously considering using alternative program next year! $**.** is adding insult to injury after losing everything this year in the disaster. It’s taking everything in me not to completely delete my account and redo it with someone else. First time I’ve been dissatisfied with TaxAct.
