Yes, you can port a number from a different carrier to your AT&T Prepaid phone. To do this, you will need to provide your current account information from your previous carrier during the activation process. Make sure your current phone number is active and not tied to a contract or outstanding balance that would restrict the porting process.

To use a Pay as You Go refill pin, first, ensure your phone is powered on. Then, dial *888* followed by the 16-digit refill pin, and press the call button. Alternatively, you can also enter the pin through your account online or via the AT&T GoPhone app. After successful entry, your account balance will update accordingly.

To refill your AT&T Go Phone with a refill card, scratch off the back of the card to reveal the PIN. Then, dial 611 from your Go Phone or visit the AT&T website, and follow the prompts to enter the PIN number. Your account will be credited with the amount associated with the refill card. Make sure to complete this process before your balance runs out to avoid service interruptions.
