Stop stealing money from me ... You keep charging me for a money subscription mouse is connected with you next level for older children adventure academy. I switched to adv acad..and paid for a upgrade yrly subscription.. buy you kept charging a monthly fee on top of it .. it's not the first time I contacted you about it.. you even sent me an email saying it was handled. I'm being robbed by you ..My other essential bills ( like life insurance ) are being declined because of your issue.. not cool account info .. me Ginger Willard*Card being continually billed each month last **.. *****My email address *****@***.com this is what we use to log on and were you may contact me **...but *Possible other email address *****@***.com.. mailing address pobox ****** SLC Utah *****
It causede not to be able to pay fory essential bills ( like life insurance ) because you keep dipping into my account..leaving other bills to be declined
Refund past double charges and stop further double charged but still keep subscription I paid a yr for in adventure academy under *****@***.com account..
I addressed this back in August the fallowing is an email you sent me saying it was resolved ( but it was not ) they canceled my money subscription and so they could continue my Yearly subscription ) I love adventure acady but don't like being robed by your double billing..the following is the ail you sent me in August* " Cancellation Confirmation*******@***.com*To******@***.com*Show less*Aug ** at **:** PM*Hello Mom,*Thank you for contacting us about your account.*Per your request we have submitted your cancellation.
