The issue in GetHuman-bethblin's own words
I purchased tickets for me and my sister from New York to Nashville Tennessee. The train took us to Toledo Ohio and then they put us on a bus to Nashville. The bus broke down and the driver took to truck stop to get it fixed, but a customer had to help her. We had no food for the * *** hours delay and my sister is on medication for cancer and heart disease. The delay caused us to miss our shuttle to the hotel and I ended up paying $***On way back we were supposed to leave Nashville at **:** and we didn’t have a driver. There for * hours and by time we stood in line to get a $* meal ticket we had to get on bus.*We ended up not eating for ** hours and that was on the train at *:** when Carr opened. I need to get some money back, this was already a $*** trip plus taxis because we missed shuttle
