Re One Bill A*C * ********* - Dec **-***Re Mobility: Previous bill shows an outstanding balance of $**.**. *On Nov**-** I went to the Bell Office on Merivale Rd in Ottawa to have that amount **.** * txs * **.** adjusted*credited. It did not show up on the Nov bill so I deducted the amt due from $***.** to $***.**. *So on the Dec ** bill the amt is listed as "Outstanding balance" under Previous bill and again as "Outstanding balance" under current bill.*How can this be? *Under page * of said One Bill the credit is duly shown so that Residential Services comes to $***.**, Mobility services (with a $**.** reduction) correctly as $**.**, total $***.** * HST $**.**, grand total $***.**. Correct!!
