I received Scam Call saying that I should verify an Amazon order for $*** and should press number * on my phone to speak to a service representative. I did not and just hung up the phone. From that time on every ** minutes I get the same call with the same message. The only way I can stop the calls is by unplugging the phone jack which also means that I will miss any important calls. Bell says it would be a minimum of ** hours for the number to be blocked or as long a *days. Call display for $*** a year would not stop the calls but might give me a number or tell me the number is unknown.
GetHuman-sadgrove did not yet indicate what Bell Canada should do to make this right.

After spending time with two customer service representatives who were difficult to understand and who did not seem overly concerned about my issue I asked to speak to a supervisor that was in Canada and the issue got resolved promptly.
Please help with my Bell Canada issue
