I recently received a special offer for two magazines, Better Homes & Gardens and Food & Family, at a rate of $6.00 for one year or $11 for two years with three free gifts. I am interested in subscribing to both and would like to extend the offer to my two granddaughters who have new homes. If I send a check for $33.00, could the same offer be applied to the three of us? Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Please cancel my subscription. My name is E.S. Moloney, residing at [redacted] 135th Place SE, Bellevue, WA. My account number is [redacted]. I don't have time to read this magazine, and when I do, I find very few articles that interest me. I attempted to cancel my subscription through the number listed on the website. However, the individual who answered was foreign and offered me a $[redacted] gift certificate for calling. Despite my reluctance to provide personal information, he insisted on knowing my details and eventually settled for just my birth year. He then asked for my credit card number to charge me $4.94. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he refused until I confirmed the charge. Frustrated, I ended the call. The number I dialed was 1-[redacted].

I'm unsure if this is the correct way to reach out, but I recently bought a Better Homes and Gardens bedding set from Walmart for my new bed. However, upon trying to use it, I noticed that one of the large teal flowers was torn off, and the stitching was damaged. Walmart declined my return, mentioning I had the bedding for a week, raising doubts about the damage. I've been trying to resolve this for a few weeks now without success. I have a request I would like to share. I recently bought one of your chilled pomegranate wine candles, and I must say it is the highest quality candle I have ever purchased with the most delightful scent. I have autism, which brings sensory challenges, especially with certain smells. Finding a scented candle that doesn't trigger my sensory issues is extremely rare, and your candle is a rare exception. It would mean the world to me if you could continue producing this candle. I am deeply attached to it and would love to keep buying it indefinitely. I understand it's a limited edition, but I had to express how significant it is for me that this candle doesn't trigger any discomfort. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am seeking assistance for a dear friend who has been battling terminal cervical cancer. Despite undergoing numerous treatments, she is now in the end stages of the disease. She is a remarkable individual who has always been selfless and caring. Recently, she had to be hospitalized for additional surgery due to complications from the cancer. Sadly, she had to cancel her wedding plans as she is too unwell to organize the event. Her dream was to marry in her backyard after her partner's proposal, originally planning a small ceremony on a houseboat. We are hoping to relieve her of the stress of organizing the wedding by arranging everything from catering to decorations. Any support or help to fulfill her final wish would be greatly appreciated. My family and I have experienced homelessness for the past 8 months. I am disabled, residing with my daughter and my 5-year-old grandson. Despite applying for housing, we have been unable to secure a stable home. Over the last 3 years, our lives unraveled following the loss of my fiancé, leading to us losing our home, cars, and pets. My two sons had to move away due to the difficulty of finding housing for all of us. The daily mental and verbal abuse we endure to just have a roof over our heads has left us feeling hopeless and stripped of our dignity. We are desperately seeking a home for the holidays, a place where we can celebrate with my excited grandson and regain some sense of normalcy. I am setting aside my pride to ask for assistance, as at this point, all we have is each other, and we are in urgent need of a miracle.

To whom it may concern, I recently noticed a charge of $40.00 on my account on 12/06/[redacted] for a subscription renewal, which I did not authorize. This charge is fraudulent. I did not give consent for any subscription renewal or magazine charge. I urgently request the cancellation of this subscription and a prompt refund of the funds into my account. I have previously contacted Better Homes & Gardens to cancel the subscription, only to be directed to Subco, who informed me that they have no record of an account for me or my wife with Better Homes & Gardens. This runaround is frustrating. I intend to report this matter to the Texas State Attorney General's Fraud Department. Hello, I'm Brent Harris. I've been in the construction industry in Oklahoma since the early 80s. My dad had a cabinet shop, and I've worked in various locations across the state. I have a concept for an Oklahoma-based reality TV show. During my time working on residential constructions, I left hidden objects, messages, and clues in the homes we worked on, essentially creating a treasure hunt of sorts. I believe it would be exciting to select two homes and have the current owners compete to find these hidden items. They could win cash and prizes, and any alterations made to the homes during the search would be repaired by Oklahoma contractors. Each home should lead to another, continuing the adventure. Hello, I recently bought a double curtain rod from Wal-Mart, made by Better Homes & Gardens. Unfortunately, I discarded the receipt without planning on returning the item, and now Wal-Mart refuses to process a refund. After just three weeks of usage, the wall support for the curtain rod broke, making both parts of the rod unusable. I handled the rod carefully and did not misuse it, so I am disappointed to have spent $40 on a product that failed so quickly. Hello, today I got my sister a comforter, but there was a small surprise when I gifted it to her. I found a postcard inside saying "Thanks!" and offering a complimentary subscription to Better Homes & Gardens. After my sister handed me the postcard, I decided to redeem the offer. However, the redemption process asked for my Walmart TC# which I didn't have since I bought it from Jack's close-out stores for $24.99. Sadly, the system doesn't recognize my non-Walmart purchase. I am willing to provide the original receipt and postcard if needed to claim the 12-month print subscription to Better Homes & Gardens. Any advice on what to do next is greatly appreciated. I am reaching out to BH&G for assistance with our en-suite bathroom situation. Over the past 13 months, my husband has been recovering from an accident, while I have had surgeries for breast and bone cancer. I just returned from the hospital after bowel cancer surgery and have another tumor removal scheduled. Recently, my husband had a fall in the shower, breaking the door. I will be confined to our bedroom for the next 8 weeks or more. The en-suite, however, is in poor condition and adds to our challenges. We have endured a lot of hardships, and we are hoping for some relief to bring a bit of happiness to our home.

I bought a set of sheets from Walmart and found a memo inside from Better Homes and Gardens, thanking me for my purchase and including a free year's subscription to the magazine. I am not interested in the magazine and sent a note to cancel on March 23, [redacted]. However, upon my return on 3/29, I received a second bill labeled as a "2nd Notice." I am an 81-year-old living in a retirement community and do not want nor can use any magazines. I kindly request the cancellation of this unwanted subscription that I did not sign up for. It's confusing why a magazine subscription was included in a purchase without my consent, and now I am being charged for it.

My mother needs help from Dr. Harry. She is a 68-year-old pensioner who enjoys showcasing her dogs, pugs, and Boston terriers. The youngest pug, Ziggy, has an issue where he gobbles his food down rapidly, which concerns us. We worry if this behavior will lead to choking problems or other health issues. My mom mentions it stems from Ziggy having to compete for food when he was a puppy. We were wondering if Dr. Harry could provide some advice on this matter. I recently bought 2 BH&G bronze window box planters with coconut liners from Walmart in Cullman, Alabama two weeks ago. Unfortunately, they are no longer available at the store. I am in need of 5 more bronze ones. After contacting BH&G and Walmart representatives by phone and online, the only ones left in the country were 7 ivory ones in Robertsdale, Alabama. Even though they were not available for delivery and must be picked up in-store, I managed to arrange to get them through a friend's cousin who happened to be in town. However, upon trying to hang the window boxes, I realized the bronze one was missing brackets to hang it. The store in Robertsdale was unable to ship me the missing part and my only option was to return it for a refund, but I really need the planter. It looks like I will have to find someone to help me drive to purchase and mail the missing brackets.
