I reached out via email a few days ago regarding my backpay amount. Despite speaking with several agents who were unable to verify the amount I was owed, the issue remains unresolved. I also encountered an unauthorized transfer of funds from my account to settle parking tickets I did not incur. Another concern is the miscalculation of my GST back pay, which was supposed to be $[redacted] but I only received $[redacted], allegedly redirected to a different account by mistake. Furthermore, my application for C.E.R.B. benefits was initially rejected due to incomplete information, and despite reapplying for the missed payments, I have yet to receive any funds. I recently received an email notifying me that my CRA user ID and password have been revoked due to unauthorized access concerns. The email directs me to a website for more information. Is it now standard practice to revoke user IDs and passwords annually? I find this process frustrating as I am required to go through the trouble of regaining access each time. I have not been able to reach anyone through the provided phone number. Can someone please assist me in obtaining a new code to access my account again? Thank you.

Hello, I am contacting regarding a refund related to my [redacted] taxes. I received an email indicating it was ready, but unfortunately, I missed the deadline for direct deposit. My name is Bernard Jess and my social insurance number is [redacted]. Using TurboTax, I filed both my and my wife's [redacted] tax returns, but Revenue Canada did not accept them. I was unaware of the issue and after trying to resolve it with TurboTax, I ended up mailing our returns. My wife received her refund without any problems. Additionally, Health BC requires a copy of the Notice of Assessment/Reassessment. Any assistance in securing my refund and correcting our Fair PharmaCare deductible would be greatly appreciated. In a Family Law conflict with my estranged spouse, all my assets were seized and sold during a Pretrial and Prejudgment situation due to what I believe are "Lies of Omission" by a lawyer. Ex parte communication and withheld documents have added to my distress. I am unsure of the whereabouts of over one million dollars proceeds from the sales, whether they are accruing interest, or how to manage the capital gains taxes he has incurred, jeopardizing my children's inheritance. I am also struggling to address the tax implications resulting from his actions, leaving me unable to hire a Forensic Auditor to investigate what seems like a crime. Despite a scheduled Summary Trial in May [redacted], the lack of funds from the sales has left me homeless after he disposed of my solely owned inherited farm and the home I constructed. Communication with him is nonexistent, complicating matters further, especially during tax season. Despite reporting the lawyer's misconduct to the Edmonton City Police and the Law Society, and encountering difficulties securing legal representation, I feel abandoned by the legal system.

I need some clear advice as I accidentally overcontributed to my RRSP at the end of last year. When I noticed this two weeks later, I contacted the insurance company. They advised me to withdraw the excess funds, but when they returned the money, they deducted taxes, assuring me it would be refunded when I file my tax return for [redacted] using forms T746 and T4RSP. Today, while trying to file my taxes, my accountant mentioned that a tax waiver form (T3012A) should have been completed to avoid the tax deduction on the overcontribution. My late husband, André Proulx, 75 years old, of [redacted] Careau Quebec G1P 2R2, passed away on August 6, [redacted]. As a result, he did not receive the payment scheduled for August 15 for individuals aged 75 and older. Although his Social Insurance Number has likely been canceled, it is still listed on the T4 and amended T4 forms related to this payment that he never received. I kindly request that you rectify this issue and send a corrected T4. Please note that I am his spouse and the executor of his estate, and I need to file André Proulx's tax return and estate report soon. To whom it may concern, I am concerned about potential misconduct within the Veterans Food Bank of Calgary's Board. In [redacted], it was observed that the Operations Manager, Donna Boechler, allegedly took gift cards from the facility and placed them in her purse instead of the organization's safe. Despite being made aware of the theft, the board members, including President Allan Reid and Treasurer Luis Garcia, did not take appropriate action. This lack of response is troubling, especially considering Allan Reid's comment that addressing the issue could impact donations. Additionally, I discovered that a board member had their mechanic's bill paid by the organization, which raises further questions about financial management. As a former Operations Manager at the Veterans Food Bank of Calgary, I was taken aback by the decision to hire a General Manager without proper procedures being followed. My 89-year-old Mother-in-Law needs assistance with her taxes and has asked me, her Son-in-Law, to be her representative. The option provided by the CRA through "My Account" requires her to have an account, which she doesn't possess due to being computer illiterate. Another option was mentioned, but I'm unsure about its process. Here is a paragraph explaining it: "If you are an individual and not a business, you can authorize a representative without using the "Confirm my Representative" service in My Account. Instead, you must furnish your representative with information from a notice of assessment issued to you at least six months ago. When your representative submits the authorization request, they should provide this information. If you opt for this choice, the CRA may call you to verify the request." I have her Notice of Assessment from this year, but I'm unsure how to initiate the process on her behalf. When I logged into my CRA account, I couldn't find a link apart from adding a representative for myself. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

This morning, I tried to log into my account and received an email from CRA about new online mail waiting for me. During the second part of the authentication process, I usually receive a text with a code on my cell phone. However, due to cell service disruptions on July 8th, I didn't get any signal. I attempted to request the code multiple times and even tried an automated phone call, which resulted in me getting locked out. It was only when I arrived at work that I found out about the cell tower issue. I need access back to my account as my tax return is stored there, and all I have is a copy of my [redacted] T4 from work. I also have important dates related to financial transactions handled by CRA.
