I am experiencing difficulties with my online banking account. Recently, a check was returned, and I cannot locate the account it was drafted from, leading to the return check. Additionally, while trying to use Zelle, I was unexpectedly logged out. I have tried reaching the fraud team for assistance but have been put on hold for long periods and even disconnected multiple times, which is very frustrating. I am unsure about a charge of $[redacted].60 from Blendersforhearts.com. I attempted to research it online under HTTPSBLENDERS WA, which seems to link to a company in WA State. However, the nature of the company's business remains unclear. I also tried contacting them but have been unable to clarify the charge, leading to frustrating loops of automated systems. When I attempted to access my account online, I encountered issues with my username and passcode, prompting me to reset my password multiple times without success. This situation is far from satisfactory as it hinders my ability to understand the charge and risks incurring a late payment fee due to the lack of clarification on the transaction.

I bought a pool cover from Pool Supplies Superstore on 4/26/[redacted] for $[redacted].98. Despite multiple delays, I decided to cancel the order via email on June 25, [redacted]. However, my card was charged on 6/29/[redacted]. When the shipper attempted delivery on 7/20/[redacted], I instructed them to return the item. After it was sent back again, I contacted the Superstore, but they claimed no knowledge of my email. I demand the charge be refunded as I bought a replacement from a different company on June 25, [redacted]. Thank you, Robert B.

My card number has been stolen and used multiple times. I spoke with the customer who received payment using my card. The thief had set up an account with them and made several charges. I also contacted the service being billed on my card to prove that I did not set up the subscription. The ID number and password associated with the account were not mine, and the service was not something I use my card for. After providing evidence that none of this activity was mine, they acknowledged the mistake, confirmed it wasn't me, and agreed to close the account and issue a credit for the unauthorized charges. I would like to request to deactivate the current card and have a new one issued with a different number.

I made a rental car reservation through Chase Travel with the confirmation number: [redacted]60. Despite being informed there would be a working USB and a screen for my phone, they did not have the car as promised. When I tried to cancel with them, they told me I had to go through the booking platform. I subsequently booked with Avis Rent-A-Car. I am seeking a refund for the original booking. Travel dates were from July 25th to July 31st. I have proof of cancellation and a receipt. Kindly confirm receipt of this message and assure me of the refund. I can provide evidence through my credit card statement that I used Avis instead. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I would like to speak with a Chase Card underwriter regarding my application for a Southwest Rapid Rewards card. Four years ago, I experienced a business bankruptcy, however, my personal accounts were not affected and I maintained excellent credit. Despite this, my credit card was canceled as a result. Since then, I have rebuilt my credit and currently have an excellent credit rating. I am interested in reinstating my Southwest card and canceling my current card. I am diligent about paying off my balance monthly, with one exception when I needed two months to pay off a home improvement expense. As of now, my current card balance is zero. Additionally, there is another credit card on my account where my partner is the main cardholder, and we use it for groceries, paying it off each month consistently. Hello, I recently received a notice requesting me to confirm over the phone that I applied for the Chase United Explorer Credit Card, which I did about a week ago. However, despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to get through on the provided number to confirm my application. During my latest call, I was on hold for over an hour and eleven minutes after being initially informed of a 50-minute wait time. It seems impossible to contact Chase through any other means to confirm my credit card application. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and reflects poorly on Chase's customer service. I am reaching out to a Columbus, Ohio branch office for assistance with obtaining a letter required by CMS (Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services) to become a Medicare provider. The letter must be on the bank branch's letterhead, confirming that our account was opened with a deposit and not a loan. We initiated the account with a cashier's check for $[redacted],[redacted].00, and it is crucial for CMS. Despite this, the bank is unwilling to provide the necessary verification, jeopardizing our application. Why is it so difficult to obtain this vital document for a government agency that is insisting on it?

I recently settled the $11.00 balance and CLOSED my business account that was SOLD 2 years ago. However, I was surprised to receive a statement showing a remaining balance of $[redacted].88 from DNH*GODADDY.com at [redacted] in AZ. Despite repeatedly trying to halt charges, they continued billing the account linked to my charge card, even though I never personally used it, except for my son, Nick. When I last made a payment, I specifically confirmed with the employee that the account was CLOSED. I have an appointment soon but kindly request a call back at [redacted] tomorrow on 10/20/[redacted] to resolve this matter. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a custom countertop from Home Depot for my master bathroom, ordered on 8/1/21 and installed on 10/08/21. Despite Home Depot sending someone to measure, the backsplash turned out too short. I haven't signed off on the work order and have been in communication with Home Depot and their subcontractor, Front Range Stone, since installation. They suggested I fix it myself, which would be costly, as they claim they can't make the backsplash taller. I wish I had known this earlier as I could have opted for a tile backsplash instead. I now need them to fix the gap between the countertop and mirror, as well as repair the drywall. I am requesting they rectify the issue or provide a full refund.

I am having trouble accessing my online account due to being locked out as my browser/device is considered "unrecognized." When prompted for a text/call for contact, I am unable to respond as I only have a landline and not a mobile phone. This situation prevents me from accessing my account and making any necessary changes without being able to receive a call from customer service. On November 8, [redacted], I made a travel booking with United Airlines for my wife and myself for a round trip from Chicago to Paris. However, upon reviewing my receipt, I noticed that the premium economy seats I purchased were not included. I contacted United to cancel my reservation, UNTDPKG*[redacted]4, and rebooked the same flight and seats. United assured me the original transaction would be voided. After checking with United today, I was informed that the reservation was made through a company called Celine, which sells women's clothing. I suspect fraudulent activity and I would like the charges removed from my Chase Credit Card ending in [redacted]. There were also seat upgrades for the flights to and from Paris that I would like refunded. I understand this is a complex issue and I am seeking assistance from a customer service representative. I lost my Chase card but had paid the balance in full before canceling it. The replacement card I received shows the same balance as the lost card, which was paid off. I have not used the new card and need Chase to acknowledge that the balance should be zero. The situation involves a considerable amount of money, and it's important for me that they recognize the payment made on the original card.

I received an email today from what appears to be Chase Freedom, congratulating me on redeeming my Chase Ultimate Rewards points. I haven't used my rewards recently and I'm concerned this could be a scam. I've spent hours trying to reach a human at Chase Freedom via phone, but the prompts didn't address my issue. I'm worried about potential account hacking and need to verify when these points were used. Please advise on how to speak to a live representative at Chase Freedom promptly.

In October [redacted], I received a letter from you indicating that a new card was on its way, but it never arrived. I am very meticulous with my mail handling and have not misplaced it. I have contacted customer service multiple times to inquire about the new card and my account status, only to be put on hold or promised call-backs that never happened.
