This is my second complaint to this email address.**Four months ago you changed your online shopping platform. For the worse.***) charging extra delivery of $** pesos for "grocery items"**) limiting and blocking previous verified postal codes.**Your corporate employees and programmers got most of these changes wrong. If not for the fact that NO ONE at the corporate office is INSPECTING the END CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. **Let me tell you why...**I have been using a popular postal code here in M*xico (*****) AND a location located alongside the highway for easy deliveries over three years with no problems. (programming error)*Even when I PAY the extra delivery cost for a "grocery item" your programming (programmers) DENIES delivery to my area. (programming error)*Costco has identified many NON-GROCERY items as "grocery" adding an additional layer and fee to delivery. (POS*Inventory Dept. error)*Your POINT of SALE Inventory department has identified non-perishable items like laundry soap as "grocery" items when they are clearly not. (POS*Inventory Dept. error)*I COMPLETELY understand some of the changes you made, for example, "grocery" perishable items and the $*,***peso minimum PER ITEM purchase. I do. **As a LOYAL Costco Customer in TWO countries and also having a CITIBANAMEX COSTCO CREDIT CARD, I am incredibly annoyed by Costco*s lack of response.**Since Costco is not responding or listening to my complaints. I will be forced to take this to social media soon to get someone to notice.
