On **.**.**** at **.**.** at store * ***** located at *** E Belt Line Rd Ste A in Cedar Hill TX I paid the total of $**.** via debit card. Among the items I paid for is the BB BT WIRELESS HEADP *************-*** for $**.**. I left the store with one sack containing ten packs of cheyen cigars, and two sack of clothing. The eyeliner I purchased I had asked to be handed to me to put in my handbag to avoid losing it. The headphones were not among the items I left that store with. **In an effort to resolve the issue I have called the store repeatedly since I discovered the oversight at about *.** pm. The phone number is line is busy without fail. **I do understand Christmas rush and crush. I do understand oversight on the part of the cashier and of myself. I do believe that when the cashier realized I had left my purchase behind, he would have very honestly placed the item aside to be claimed when the mistake is discovered. **I have discovered the error and made the effort to contact the store to no avail. I therefore take the time and effort to contact you to assist in resolution of this matter... **Which would be to contact me to tell me that the headphones await my claim at the store I purchased them from. **I am Lillian Wilk and have been a loyal and honest customer of DG for quite a few years.
