I received the following email and wanted to verify its authenticity. When I reviewed my JetBlue app, I did not find any issues with my flights. Have there been any changes to my itinerary? In December, I received a similar email, but after speaking with an Expedia representative, I was informed that there were no modifications made. During the holidays, my boyfriend and I vacationed in Madrid from Los Angeles. Unfortunately, I tested positive for Covid, causing us to miss our flights back to the U.S. Even though he tested negative, my boyfriend kindly stayed with me during quarantine until I tested negative as well. Now that we are both clear, we are facing challenges trying to rebook our flights through Expedia due to the long wait times and technical issues. Despite reaching out to Iberia airlines, they couldn't assist as we didn't book directly with them. We are eager to return home without incurring additional expenses for new flights.

I purchased a ticket to London via your service for December 11, returning to New York on December 27. Unfortunately, I tested positive for COVID. I adhered to all guidelines, waited to test negative, but upon reaching out to your company for assistance, I was on hold for six hours. The call got disconnected, and I was charged 40 pounds, which I thought was toll-free. I plan to share this experience publicly to raise awareness. This whole ordeal caused me stress, financial loss, and I could only return home on January 10. My life is currently disrupted, and I am extremely disappointed with the service received. No one should be treated this way.

I need assistance canceling my reservation. I struggled to do so yesterday. Unfortunately, I cannot access my itinerary as I am locked out of my email. The hotel gave me the booking number, [redacted], and the confirmation number, [redacted]. I contacted the Hyatt Place at the Renaissance At Ridgeland, MS, but they instructed me to reach out to you. I was unable to connect with a live agent all day yesterday. The reservation dates were from January 19 to January 21, and I noticed the pending charge in my bank account. I had a flight credit of $[redacted].xx due to an unused trip during covid. I logged on to use it and could only book a one-way trip for $78.xx. However, when I tried to book the return trip separately, my account showed no credit. I have spent two hours trying to contact someone to resolve this issue. Every time I called, I was either redirected to lodging or placed on hold for over 40 minutes. Currently, I have been on hold for 45 minutes. When I finally spoke with someone, I struggled to understand them, and it seemed like they couldn't help me. I originally booked a trip from DCA to Jacksonville two years ago for $[redacted].xx. I used $78.xx for a one-way trip, but the remaining credit has disappeared. I want to retrieve the missing amount to book my return flight. I have been on hold for 50 minutes now. It seems like the company is making it difficult to get assistance, hoping we'll give up and spend more money.

I have two identical VRBO bookings for two different weekends. Both bookings were made through the VRBO website one after the other on the same day. The booking numbers are HAH96QGC and HASYFZNC, both at the same amount of $[redacted].50. On the second booking, I was charged an additional $77.33 by Expedia. I have called the Expedia customer service line three times and faced issues with their automated system not recognizing the confirmation number [redacted][redacted], and I have been unable to speak to a live person. When I do get connected, I end up talking to VRBO reps who have not been able to assist me after multiple attempts. I am seeking clarification on the Expedia charge and request a credit back to my credit card since I cannot dispute the charge with my credit card company since it has already been paid.

In December [redacted], I reserved two rooms at a hotel in Glendale, AZ for a four-night stay in March to attend Spring Training. Due to the escalating COVID cases and considering the age of our four group members, all over 70 years old, we've decided it would not be safe to proceed with the trip. I reached out to both the hotel and Expedia early to cancel in hopes of re-booking the rooms promptly. Unfortunately, I have encountered difficulties in receiving any refunds for the charges made in December. Given the current unprecedented circumstances, I believe some flexibility should be allowed in this situation. Three: After facing difficulties with online cancellation, I contacted Expedia's toll-free number multiple times but struggled to connect with a representative promptly. Four: Despite waiting for over twenty minutes on hold, the customer service representative redirected me to another agent without resolving my issue. Five: After further delays and extended hold times, a representative eventually confirmed my cancellation and assured me of a refund within six days. Six: Despite the assurance, I am still awaiting the email confirmation of the cancellation and refund status. Seven: More than seven hours have passed, and I am concerned about potentially missing the 24-hour cancellation window without penalties. Eight: Despite having flight insurance through American Air, I fear losing the ticket cost if I cancel late.

I bought a ticket for Jet Blue Airlines Flight #57 from Newark to Las Vegas on October 11, [redacted], with a boarding time of 9:25 am. Arriving at the airport with a cane, I accepted wheelchair assistance. During the security check, I had food in my carry-on bag. While bending over to take it out, the wheelchair unexpectedly moved, causing me to fall and hit the floor. Despite assistance, I was shaken up. I had just lost my sister to terminal cancer and was anxious to return to Las Vegas after spending two months away. Later, I discovered I had a fractured T-spine, likely from the fall. I attempted to contact Expedia via email but did not receive a response. I am seeking assistance regarding an issue with a customer service representative regarding a flight credit. I phoned on January 18 around 5:45 pm EST from phone number 9xx-xxx-xxxx. My initial flight from Orlando to Buenos Aires and back was replaced with a flight from Jacksonville to Boston for June 16, [redacted]. The representative insisted I had to purchase expensive business class tickets due to no availability in the same grade I originally booked. Despite cheaper options on Expedia and United websites, I was told the system showed differently. I believed I was securing first-class tickets with my credit, but received coach tickets in the confirmation email. The entire booking process has been a disaster, starting with the hotel. We called them about the issues we encountered. Upon arrival at the Cancun airport for our Frontier flight, despite being there three hours early, we were left behind as the flight departed. Despite seeking assistance from three different personnel, we were simply told to wait in line. The line was incredibly long, and to make matters worse, Frontier directed us to yet another line, resulting in an additional 30-minute wait. Frustrated and needing to return home, we decided to book a new flight with Delta, along with five others who were in the same predicament, also from Minnesota. We request a refund for the Frontier flights and urge for a resolution with the hotel dispute. The entire experience was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I have a reservation for the Grand Orlando Resort at Celebration in Florida from March 18th to March 25th. I couldn't find my confirmation email and called the hotel, which informed me that my payment was handled through Expedia. However, I don't have a confirmation from Expedia and have been unable to reach them as they require an itinerary number. I believed I had booked directly with the hotel and attempted to contact Expedia using my phone numbers, but the system does not recognize them.
