Hello - I spent $**.** to send a package to arrive today by *:** ... per the tracking of **** ******** it hasn't even shipped!!! I'm livid and just called the vendor Compucare Team @ *** East **nd Street NY, NY ***** ... they are saying it is FedEx's fault as they never picked up. Please advise - I either FedEx or the vendor to re-imburse me ... I had a prepaid company airbill and could have taken to a number of places ... I would like to know if this is the stores fault or if FedEx was not operational across the board in NYC this past Saturday.
GetHuman-yourpetd did not yet indicate what FedEx should do to make this right.
