Hello I am at the airport I had a flight booked from Indianapolis to South Korea using three different flights legged together. The last leg was canceled unbeknownst to me and after arriving in Chicago and Japan airlines would not let me board the second leg because I do not have a visa for Japan. They explained that the last leg Adam canceled and that I should call myholiday.com in order to get another flight booked as an alternate through Japan airlines. *My holiday has been working to either get me a refund or an alternate flight but they advised that I reach out to Japan airlines and try to resolve this issue. I have tried calling the phone number for Japan airlines but the agent hung up on me when I started to talk about me needing assistance. The phone number is listed as the customer service number online but it is really only for booking new flights. My airline PNE is ZCTTUK. I’m currently stuck in the Chicago airport with no options as I wait for myholiday.com to contact you. *Just as I am having trouble contacting Japan airlines so is myholiday.com. I was also not notified of the canceled flight because I checked my email and I had received nothing. I’m requesting an alternate flight (with hotel accommodation in Chicago until it’s departure) or a refund for the ticket. American Airlines has been trying to assist but they explained that myholiday.com is the one who has the ability to implement an alternate route for me. However they are unable to complete this when they cannot contact you adequately or receive information from you promptly. Thank you.
