See above ... I was shopping on your site. I'm disappointed in the lack of useful filters available when shopping. I was shopping for hose clamps. Some don't even state the size in the details. Others don't show it when browsing, but some do. It'd be great if they all stated the size w*o having to click on the item. Even better would be if shoppers could filter hose clamps by size. I created a list. I couldn't find instructions anywhere, including out on the internet, of how to add items to a list. I called customer service & told the rep how frustrated that was. It took her several minutes & being placed on hold for her to find out. I learned that to add items I must press a tiny heart to the upper right of the picture of the item. How obscure. I told the rep that Amazon has a clearly labeled button to place items on a list, that I don't like shopping with Amazon, & that Lowes need to do better to compete w*Amazon. I told her I could've already bought it on Amazon for the time I was wasting at Lowes. She said maybe I should just shop Amazon. I also wanted to complete the survey that the phone answering recording told me about, but it never came on, just music. I called from ***-***-**** at about **:** pm. This rep needs some training in how to handle frustrated customers. She never stated her name. Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed in the Lowes website experience and also the courtesy of the phone rep I spoke to. Seriously, if you want to compete w*Amazon, your website needs a lot of work in terms of filters and ease of use. Your FAQs are also sadly lacking by not having an answer to such a simple question as how to add an item to a list. The question I ask out loud so often when shopping on line is "Why do they have to make it so HARD?" Lowes it right up there with those that don't make on line shopping very easy.
How difficult it is to sort through the myriad of products they offer with such poor filters available. Also how difficult it is to find some of the unlabeled website features, like adding items to lists. Also how much easier it is to do these things on I'm trying to not shop Amazon, but Lowes doesn't make that easy. Don't you know * out of every * retail sales in the US is from Amazon or Walmart? Wouldn't you like to get more of those sales for Lowes? Also, my feedback is valuable and shouldn't be subject to sass from reps like the one I spoke to.
Giving me a gift card for my wasted time trying to perform a simple function on your difficult to use website, and also for my valuable feedback that I'm also using precious time to provide..
