For the past five years, I've been making payments on my Sears credit card over the phone. Even though my account is closed, there is still an outstanding balance. The automated system I used to access my account by entering the last four digits of my social security number now requires my full account number, which I no longer have as I haven't used the card in years. I managed to pay off the balance but was advised to check back over the next few months for any possible accrued interest. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account to settle any interest that may have accumulated. I am eager to clear this debt and move on from this card for good. I am unsure why the system suddenly changed its requirements, and I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue and finally paying off this card.

I have been waiting for my Shop Your Way Sears card to arrive since April 27, [redacted]. I have called customer service several times but have not made any progress. I received an email regarding my first statement, but I cannot log into my account as I have not yet received the card. Since only the last four digits of my account are visible on the statement, I do not know my full account number. I am uncomfortable providing my social security number repeatedly. I need to ensure my contact information is accurate, but no one has been able to assist me. I was promised a callback for security verification purposes, but it never happened. I am unsure how to resolve these issues to receive my card and manage my payments. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I'm having difficulty resetting my Sears MasterCard password. I spoke with two representatives who promised to send me a link to reset it, but instead, I received an email stating there were unauthorized attempts to access my account. I am the one trying to login, and after being assured I would receive a password reset link, I keep receiving the same email about unauthorized access.

Hello, I am Victor M. residing at [redacted] Thieriot Ave, Bronx, NY [redacted], 2nd Floor. I have been attempting to buy a new cell phone from HELLO MOBILE WIRELESS due to issues with my current phone. Upon contacting Sears Mastercard, they confirmed no problems with my card or account. However, I received a message about TRANSACTION VERIFICATION for a payment to Hello Mobile Telecom LLC for $[redacted].95 on 11/11/[redacted] from Card ***********[redacted]. The secure code needs to be authenticated. Since my phone is not functioning, could Sears Credit Card email the secure code to [redacted]? My new phone number is [redacted]. I urgently need assistance with this situation to avoid losing phone service. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with my Sears credit card account. When trying to make a payment over the phone, I was informed that my card had been cancelled, and a new one was being issued. Despite my attempts to pay before the due date of July 18th, I have been unable to do so as I have not yet received the new card. Multiple calls to customer service have been unhelpful due to system updates and poor call quality. I am frustrated after speaking with several representatives for over an hour. On October 27, [redacted], I purchased a tractor using a Sears credit card. The expected delivery date was November 27, [redacted]. In good faith, I started paying the invoices as they arrived, but the tractor never showed up, even though Sears stores in Puerto Rico were closed. Despite inquiries, I was repeatedly told it would come the following month. On my last visit, I was informed that no more information could be provided as the computers were gone. I kindly request a resolution to this matter. I have the transaction details: Transaction number [redacted], Store 01 [redacted], Region [redacted], and Associate [redacted]. My name is Luis A.
