Okay, follow me along here please. Intuit automatically charged me $*** (?) for Turbotax this year. Unfortunately, the amount charged was more that I could get it elsewhere ($**). I tried to cancel the original order but your website allows no means for doing this (I didn't have the original email, so hence no order *). The website also provided no means for contacting you that I could find and no one answered the phone number on the charge card statement. So, I disputed the charge on my cc, and it was reversed. Hence, I didn't pay. But then the disk showed up anyway, and the license code showed up too. I checked to see if it would install, which it did and it works fine. So, now, I have the Turbotax without paying, which makes me uncomfortable. I am contacting you to ask you to charge me the $** that I originally saw as the price. Can you do that?
