Dear Sir,*Further to my previous e mail, I require confirmation from you by e mail, that the change in my travel plans due to my illness ( as confirmed in the doctor's report) will not incur any financial penalty. The first telephone call which I made with the airline assured me that this was the case and that there would be no financial penalty.*Although I have tried, it is impossible for me to get the doctor's letter translated into English within the deadline which you have set.*I have done everything I can and given my illness I am unable to provide any other information at this time. The additional stress caused by the confusion from yourselves is most unhelpful.*Please treat this as very urgent and reply as soon as possible.*Your faithfully*Mrs Lily Braid
