My big value bundle is due to be renewed on **st May. My daughter topped up my phone by £** today (**th May) in order for my bundle to be renewed. I have just checked my credit and it says I only have £*.**. How can that be right? My current big value bundle hasn't even run out yet so I haven't used any credit! This is now the fourth time this has happened! Not happy with vodafone at the moment and I've been a loyal customer for many years!
GetHuman-jansymo did not yet indicate what Vodafone (UK) should do to make this right.
