No cable, no phone, no internet. Second time in about * months. Bill is paid so that's not the issue. The last time it happened, there was a * day wait for a service call. Was told that there was an issue with connection, but assured issue was resolved. Got home today and everything is out again. On the phone for several minutes while person checked. No outages in area. Couldn't find the problem. This coming up on holiday and they can't send tech out until SUNDAY!!!! Sunday??? No phone, no way to contact anyone if there is an emergency. No way to work from home. Offered to take a few bucks off bill amount to pennies. You would think that since the problem wasn't fixed the first time, they'd make it a priority if they wanted to keep me as a customer. Obviously they don't care about the safety issue without a phone or the interference of my job because I need the internet at home to do work. I'm really disappointed because the customer service has gone way down hill. Online now researching other cable provider s and options.
