Refunds typically take 3-5 working days to be processed once an item is received. Since your return was received on 2nd May, it may take a little longer for the refund to reflect. Please check your account or payment method for any updates.

Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to process back to your PayPal account. If it has been longer than that, we recommend checking your PayPal account for any pending transactions or notifications. You can return black trousers for a refund by following our return policy. Ensure the items are unworn, in their original packaging, and with the tags attached. You can return them in-store or by post. If returning by post, please use the provided return label and follow the instructions included with your order. Once we receive the returned trousers, your refund will be processed according to your original payment method.

If you need your order number to return your delivery, check your confirmation email from when you placed your order. The order number is typically included in that email. Additionally, you can look in your account on the Debenhams website if you have registered an account, as your order history will contain the relevant details.
