Not connecting. Buds not connecting to phone

If your Bose buds are not connecting to your phone, we recommend the following steps: 1. Make sure your buds and phone are within the Bluetooth range (approximately 33ft or 10m). 2. Check if the buds are turned on and the battery is charged. 3. Ensure your buds are in the pairing mode. 4. On your phone, go to the Bluetooth settings and ensure it is enabled. Select Bose buds from the list of available devices. 5. If already paired but not connecting, try forgetting the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings and pair it again. 6. You can also consider resetting the buds as per the user manual. Remember, each model might have different troubleshooting steps and it’s always important to refer to the user guide.
