My sister recently passed, I am the executor of the will and want to sell the car, have the title and free and clear.....I live in the state of Texas, there is no probate, what do you need from me in the way of a title and registration
To sell your sister's car in Texas under these circumstances, you'll need to provide the title, signed over to you as the executor. The title should be free of any liens. You'll also need to complete a Texas title application and provide proof of your identity, such as a government-issued ID. Additionally, ensure that the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and odometer reading are accurately recorded. After gathering the necessary documents, you can proceed with the sale at Carvana.
