Report a problem using Credit Karma's app
You can access the Credit Karma Help Center by clicking the 'Help Center' link, which is located in the profile menu.
Open the Credit Karma app and tap on the menu icon in the upper right corner. From there, select "Help Center." In the lower right corner will be a chat bot icon. Click on that. Fill out the form with the relevant information and start chatting. If you wish to send an email, from the Help Center home screen, type in "Contact" in the search bar. Click on "How do I contact Credit Karma for help?" Click on the link that says "Submit an email case." Select the category that best matches your issue, fill out the form and press "Submit."

Get back into your Credit Karma account
