The issue in GetHuman-jempclay's own words
DPD has an in-vehicle tracking system that always send their drivers to the wrong location for my address. None of the drivers seems to have the sense to check the postcode on a sat nav. It usually takes * or * attempts before they contact me and allow me to explain the problem and where I am. This is the *th parcel in * years that they have failed to deliver *st time. I always explain to the driver when they do turn up, that their system is wrong, and I have told helpline operators. They all say they will report the problem, but it never changes. DPD is the carrier of choice for the sender* I would never choose them if I had the option. **Calling their helpline gives me no access to a human to explain, just my options for re-delivery, which do not include picking up from their local store, as it is an expensive mobile that needs to be signed for.**I just want a number so I can speak to someone and get them to drive to the right place.
