I've been experiencing continuous issues with DPD's in-vehicle tracking system. The drivers consistently end up at the wrong address due to incorrect postcode inputs. It's frustrating as it usually takes several delivery attempts before they contact me for clarification. This marks the 8th parcel in 3 years that has failed to be delivered on the first try. Despite informing drivers and helpline staff of the recurring problem, nothing seems to change. Communicating with the helpline only provides automated re-delivery options which don't suit the situation, especially since the parcel is a valuable item that needs to be signed for. I'm seeking a direct contact number to resolve this ongoing inconvenience and ensure correct deliveries in the future.

I purchased an item on eBay on January 6th. It was shipped on January 7th along with a provided tracking number. Checking the tracking information, it shows DPD received the order details on the 7th but has not received the parcel since. Despite reaching out to the eBay seller for guidance, I was advised to track the item on the DPD website. After contacting DPD, they mentioned not having received the parcel yet, which is unusual at this stage. They suggested reaching out to the shipper again, which I've just done. I am aware that standard delivery from Switzerland to the UK typically takes 4 working days according to DPD's website. Any additional updates you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I placed an order to send a parcel to France on November 23rd. I paid £40 for this service. Despite being informed that delivery attempts were made twice, my brother, who lives on the 10th floor, did not receive any calls or documents. Upon checking with the local DPD office, they confirmed the parcel is still in the UK and it would take 7 days to investigate. After multiple attempts to change my delivery address from December 6th to December 13th, only on the 13th did an agent actually update it. However, confusion continued as different representatives assured me my address was updated but when I called on December 13th, I was informed that it was not changed. The address was finally updated, and I was told it would be shipped in one to two days. Despite reassurances during subsequent calls, my parcel was not sent as promised. On January 19th, after paying an additional £44.08, I received my parcel at my UK address. The total cost incurred amounts to nearly £85, with no successful delivery to the intended recipient in France. Now, I am in possession of all the paperwork and requesting a refund promptly.

I received a French email this morning regarding a package, but I was home, and the delivery was missed. The reference provided was "Colis No" RN[redacted]75CA. I am trying to contact the delivery service mentioned in the email to reschedule as the link provided was not working. I live in an English-speaking area, Crocker Hill, New Brunswick, Canada. I chatted with a representative earlier who redirected me to an email expert. I believe my email is working fine. I am looking to directly reach the courier service used by dpd in my area. I am unsure if they did not deliver due to a snow-packed driveway, although we had a sign at the top of the driveway indicating the parcel could be left there. Any assistance is appreciated. On January 5th, a DPD delivery was left in my care for my neighbors, consisting of paperwork in a plastic wallet. Upon their return, I handed it over. However, it seems there was a miscommunication as my neighbors believed I also received a parcel worth £[redacted]. Attempts to resolve this with DPD have been futile. There is no proof of the actual delivery, only a black image when tracking the package that day and a photo of my door the next day without showing the contents. Despite the confusion, my neighbors are convinced I have their missing item. Facing this dilemma, I'm unsure of the next steps - whether involving the authorities or seeking alternative recourse. The lack of concrete evidence further complicates the situation, leaving us at an impasse.

I was initially quoted $[redacted] by your company to send my bag, and I have already paid this amount. However, I was then informed of an unexpected issue at the airport in Turkey, requiring an additional $[redacted] payment, which I promptly sent. Subsequently, your representative requested a further $[redacted], then agreed to settle for $[redacted] with the promise of sending my bag. Unfortunately, I have not received anything, leaving me in a difficult situation without my belongings.

At 3:07 p.m. on Wednesday, February 2nd, my 20-minute chat with your representative concluded without receiving the promised call from the Escalations Team within 24 hours. This was in relation to three lost parcels I paid DPD £[redacted] to deliver to Karnataka State, India, in December [redacted]. Despite my repeated attempts to contact DPD and resolve the issue, I have not heard back or received any updates regarding the missing parcels in over six months. One of the parcels that was returned to me in May [redacted] had items missing, indicating theft. I have requested DPD's business address and details for the District Court to file a civil claim, but have not been provided with this information. Dear DPD Customer Services Team, I scheduled a pickup for 2 boxes from Spencer House, 23 Sheen Rd, Richmond TW9 1BN to A S R Shopping Ltd, Hastingwood Industrial Park, Wood Lane, Erdington, Birmingham, B24 9QR on Friday, February 18. Unfortunately, due to wrist tendonitis, I couldn't bring the boxes downstairs to reception. The DPD drivers were mistakenly informed at a location called Southall that there was nothing to collect, which was confusing. The collection ID is [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] 6. I quickly arranged a successful second pickup for Monday, February 21, and have included the return label for it. I request a refund for the missed initial pickup. Kind regards, Dominic

I was involved in an accident in our office car park when a DPD van hit my Mini. A witness provided the registration number for the white Ford van as AE68JPU. My name is Hilary Rochford, and my Mini's registration is AF12HRW. The incident occurred on Thursday, 24/02/22, at around 11 am outside Compliance Training Products in Cambridge. I am extremely frustrated with DPD right now; this has happened for the second time in two weeks. I received an email this morning stating that Kevin would be delivering my parcel to [redacted] Castle Loft, Castle Street, Swansea SA1 1JG. I am currently in the flat waiting, but no one has buzzed to be let in, and there has been no communication. Now I received an email saying "sorry we missed you." I am now expected to once again go across town to collect my parcel, for which I paid for delivery. I am not happy with this situation and have already filed a complaint with Adidas. Despite the driver claiming to have taken a picture of the front door, I am physically here waiting for the delivery, and there has been no attempt to contact me. This recurring issue with DPD's service is unacceptable. I urge someone to urgently address this matter as it is causing me unnecessary frustration early in the morning.

I am incredibly frustrated with DPD once again. This marks the second instance within two weeks of a failed parcel delivery. Despite being at the address specified for the delivery by Kevin at [redacted] Castle Loft Castle Street Swansea SA1 1JG, I received no notification or buzz to grant access. Instead, I received an email apologizing for missing me. Now, I am required to travel across town, costing me £10. This lapse in service is unacceptable given the fee I paid for delivery. A complaint has been lodged with Adidas about this issue. Despite the likely explanation that a photo was taken of the front door, I am physically present in the flat awaiting the delivery and no attempt was made to contact me. DPD's consistent poor service raises questions about why companies continue to use them. I implore someone to promptly address this matter, making this ordeal unnecessarily difficult and frustrating early in the day for customers.

Now I have to go out of my way to collect my parcel and pay an additional fee for this inconvenience. I have already filed a complaint with Adidas about this unacceptable service from DPD. This experience with DPD is incredibly frustrating, and I hope for a quick resolution to this matter.

The driver arrived before I could reach the door due to my visual impairment. I do not own a smartphone, and assuming everyone does is concerning. It is challenging to speak with a person; the phone service is unhelpful. The website is confusing, providing no useful search results. I am unable to visit a depot as their location is undisclosed online. Even if I found it, I couldn't drive due to my impairment. Unsure if redelivery is an option on Sunday, navigating the website is difficult. Leaving the parcel with a neighbor or providing the depot location would have facilitated getting assistance or a taxi. B V Sant RAF (R) LSGC. GSM. PJM. VS.

I recently sent a parcel to my friend in Frankfurt, Germany, using DPD service. The tracking shows the parcel was delivered two days ago, but my friend's neighbor didn't pick it up for him. The tracking status says "delivered", but the parcel hasn't been returned or moved to a Paketshop. I'm wondering if DPD drivers leave parcels in the mailbox area without notifying recipients or if they retrieve them when undelivered. I'm also unsure if parcels are taken to a Paketshop if no one is available for delivery. I can't find my username to access delivery evidence; I registered with an email address only. Hello, I have received a 2 kg parcel containing a brand new laptop with a sealed non-removable battery that is safe to ship according to DPD's website. I would like to have the item rebooked and reposted to my address. Could you please let me know if I will be refunded for the failed delivery attempt or if there will be no additional charge for another delivery attempt? Thank you.

I have a potential buyer on Facebook Marketplace who wants to use DPD to collect the item. The buyer is asking me to open a website page with no mention of DPD and is talking about a EUR100 insurance charge I need to pay. I have an email from DPD that I'd like to share. Hello, I recently placed an order for the office in the UK with order number W[redacted]1 and DPD tracking number [redacted]0. I noticed this morning that the status has been updated to 'Shipment refused by customer,' although I did not refuse it, and there was no attempted delivery as far as I am aware. I contacted the office, but they couldn't explain why this happened or if there will be another delivery attempt. Upon reviewing the DPD delivery tracking email, I noticed that my address was incorrectly listed as Ave SW [redacted] 6 [redacted], Calgary TP2 5M5, which is not the correct format for Canadian addresses. My address should be listed as follows: [redacted] 6 Ave Sw Apt [redacted] Calgary, Canada T2P 5M5 I would appreciate guidance on how to arrange for another delivery attempt, how to prevent similar issues in the future when ordering from this company, and if there is a customer support number for Canadians. Yesterday, I paid Parcel2go for a DPD pick-up today. I had my parcel ready all day for collection, but the driver claimed it was not ready when he called. Checking his tracking, it seems he went to the wrong address. I've tried reaching out to both Parcel2go and DPD, but they're not recognizing the reference numbers I provided. Can anyone assist with this issue?

I have received two notifications stating that your delivery was attempted twice by the driver on separate occasions, although I was present at home both times. I have now been instructed to pick up the package from a local store, but due to my walking disability, it will be a challenging 45-minute uphill walk each way without any nearby bus service. I kindly request a Saturday afternoon delivery with instructions for the driver to utilize the buzzer system for access to Flat F. The tracking number for reference is 6dm9HGqoTVk5. I am eagerly awaiting your confirmation.

I am a driver for DPD, and I encountered an issue today, July 20, [redacted]. One parcel was outside the estimated time of arrival due to being mixed with other parcels. After attempting delivery and finding no one at home, I returned the parcel without updating the PDA as instructed by the ETA shift manager to continue with other deliveries. The customer is now requesting proof of my attempted delivery. I am willing to reattempt the delivery as DPD pays $1.10 per drop. If unable to deliver the parcel, could I take a fake photo as proof? These situations can happen to anyone, and sometimes parcels do get missed. Additionally, if I fail to deliver, will there be extra charges levied against me for redelivery? How does this process work?
