I responded to a message to upgrade my Dell system by restarting the laptop (Inspiron ** ******Service Tag: *PVG*H** Express Service Code: ***********).**The reboot was good, except when I try to open an Office package, the Office update icon appears and asks me to wait a few moments. However, it eventually stops giving the message "The application was unable to start correctly (*xc*******). Click OK to close the application."**What has happened? This is not a reliable upgrade it seems. Please help me to rectify this as soon as possible, as I very tight deadlines to meet.**Russell Rimmer
