I was a passenger for flight **** Sunday May * that was downsized. I volunteered to change to a different flight along with many other passengers. We were told we would get a $*** voucher and then a link to our email with gift card options. I have not received that email yet and would like to check status on this. The Delta desk workers (while very nice) seemed confused among the chaos and inconsistent. When I arrived at the counter for flight ****, they did not even book me for that flight. Thankfully that attendant helped promptly to ensure I had a seat especially because that flight was an hour delayed (and I had a connecting flight in MN). Essentially, we (volunteers) all were told different things, and I want to make sure my voucher is correct. When I log online, it only shows travel credit- which is not what I agreed to. *** ********** * Ciara Lynn Gibbs. Please advise. Thanks!
