I contacted your customer service line to arrange a pickup, but the representative I spoke with was incredibly rude. I received a wrong part and was given a return label by the company. I provided all the necessary information, including the tracking number as 7[redacted] [redacted] and the pick up number PRP[redacted]. I attempted to inquire about the delivery driver's arrival time and whether they would pick up from my travel trailer or our front office, but the representative was unhelpful and ultimately ended the call abruptly. I am just looking for guidance on how to proceed with the return. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I need help sending a statement to authorize shipping for a package awaiting authorization. In relation to my FedEx shipment with Tracking Number [redacted]80, I have been informed that a statement is needed from the consignee to authorize the shipping process. The notification suggests that if the consignee has permitted the shipper to complete the toxic substance statement on their behalf, a copy of the written authorization should be included with the shipping documentation. If the shipper is not authorized to complete the statement, the consignee must provide it themselves.

I am looking to have a mobile phone sent for replacement from Port of Spain, West Indies to the company. I would like to inquire about the courier charges for this shipment. Additionally, I am curious if there will be any custom duties or other charges to be paid upon delivery in Surat, India. It would be convenient if the parcel could be delivered with prepaid charges to avoid any additional payments during delivery. Lastly, I am interested to know the total charges if the mobile phone replacement costs Rs. 20,[redacted].

I recently placed an order with Victoria's Secret that was meant to arrive today, May 10th. Due to an error, it's now scheduled for delivery on Monday, the 13th. The package is currently at the Clovis FedEx location, and I wanted to pick it up myself. However, FedEx informed me that I need authorization from Victoria's Secret to do so. Victoria's Secret, on the other hand, mentioned that I should communicate with FedEx. It's frustrating going back and forth between the two companies. I don't understand why I can't just retrieve my package when I have the necessary identification and proof of payment. UPS allows this without any issues. Now, due to these complications, I have to wait an additional three days, which is unfair as there were Mother's Day gifts in the package I needed on time.

On Tuesday, around 10:30, a package was delivered to my apartment complex, Liv+. The package was supposed to be left via the Luxor delivery system, following specific procedures. However, despite being logged as delivered, I did not receive it. This is the second package issue within the last two weeks. I am baffled at why the delivery process was not followed correctly. I kindly request assistance in locating my missing package promptly or reimbursement if it cannot be found. Thank you.

A package was sent from Houston, Texas on May 06, [redacted], destined for Kursk, Russia. The sender, Jeannine Cunningham, accidentally included her phone number instead of the recipient's, Pamela Norris. Pamela contacted FedEx to add a Russian phone number to the package. The tracking information shows the package was scanned in Charles de Gaulle on May 09. As of May 18, the package is still in Charles de Gaulle with no scheduled delivery date. The distance from Paris to Kursk is manageable, with a short flight to Moscow and then a train ride. The package could have arrived in Kursk by May 12-13, or at least by the original delivery date of May 15.

Yesterday, a 3-part shipment was due for delivery. Despite 2 parts being delivered, the third was missing. When questioned, the driver left without providing further information. Subsequently, a text claimed all 3 pieces were delivered. After contacting customer service, assurance was given of a delivery today. Presently, the FedEx app states all pieces were delivered while the website states one piece is still expected. Given the prior confusion, uncertainty prevails regarding the actual status of the delivery today. Clarity is needed urgently to decide whether to procure replacement items or await the missing piece's arrival.

I had a recliner scheduled for delivery today, but upon receiving a notification that it had been delivered, I noticed it was not on my front porch. I contacted FedEx explaining that I suspected it was mistakenly delivered to [redacted] W. 2nd Street instead of my address at [redacted] W. 2nd Avenue in Lexington, North Carolina. Due to suffering from vertigo, I couldn't check the other address myself. Later, during a storm, a woman informed me that FedEx had delivered the large box to her sister's house down the street. Despite the sister's clarification, the driver insisted it was the correct address and left the package. The woman, who uses a wheelchair, had to drag the wet box out and contact FedEx to pick it up. Luckily, my son was able to retrieve the recliner from her house. This whole situation has been incredibly frustrating. Sincerely, Deborah S.

I recently received a sizable delivery to my residence consisting of six boxes. To my surprise, one of the boxes was not an item I had ordered but actually three boxes merged together. The label on the box indicates it was for a "Relabel" due to Barcode Quality, processed by number [redacted]. The contents of the three fused boxes are Dish Dollies with wheels. I am unsure how to proceed with these unexpected items. I am happy to provide a photo of the label for further assistance. Any guidance on what to do next would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - D.D.

I have encountered issues with FedEx deliveries. There is a note on my mailbox requesting packages to be brought to my door instead of being left on my stoop. While the driver can ring the bell for access to my building, they should not leave packages outside where they can be easily taken. Unfortunately, this has happened three times in West Baltimore, which is frustrating as I have lost money and missed out on items I ordered for my upcoming vacation.

I contacted the post office about my package and they said it was delivered elsewhere. I then informed the company about the issue and provided them with the phone number. They responded saying they need written confirmation from you. I'm unsure about the next steps. Here is the shipping number for my item: [redacted][redacted]. I will share their email address: [redacted], as well as mine. I hope we can resolve this matter. I'm also curious if there's a way to retrieve the package, considering it has my name on it, especially if it was delivered in the high-rise building where I reside. Thank you for your assistance.

I need help with a mis-delivered package with tracking number 4[redacted] [redacted]. Please arrange for someone to pick it up from [redacted] Clifton Rd NE, Atlanta, GA [redacted] where it was left on the front porch. The valuable package was misdelivered and needs to be addressed promptly. Additionally, I encountered issues with the customer service call back feature as well as unhelpful responses when trying to report the misdelivery of this FedEx package. I was informed that their systems were down and the problem couldn't be recorded. This mismanagement and lack of assistance are concerning. The package, intended for Jacksonville, Florida, needs to be retrieved from my address in Atlanta, GA promptly.

A package with the tracking number (92) [redacted][redacted] was supposed to be delivered to: Beatrice J.; [redacted] Rochelle Drive; Maple Heights, Ohio [redacted]. However, when I did not receive it, I visited both Bedford Post Office and FedEx. They informed me that the tracking information did not match my address. The company I ordered from is not willing to refund the item or resend it as they believe it was delivered to me. I require written proof that the package was not delivered here. Your help in this matter is greatly valued. Thank you.

I reside at [redacted] Broadway #7 in Brooklyn, NY [redacted]. I have been dealing with a recurring issue where the delivery driver keeps ringing my doorbell for packages that are not meant for me. Every doorbell in my building is functional, so I am puzzled as to why the driver persists in ringing mine for unrelated packages. This causes unnecessary stress for my two Jack Russell dogs who are sensitive to the noise, and it's also physically challenging for me to repeatedly go up and down the stairs due to my disability. It's crucial that this situation is resolved promptly as I cannot tolerate this negligence, and it could lead to serious consequences. I kindly request that someone speak to the driver and ensure they refrain from ringing my bell for packages that are not mine.

At my local FedEx drop-off spot, they consistently fail to weigh my prepaid packages unless I specifically request it. Strangely, sometimes the employees weigh the packages without my prompting, while others scan them quickly and hand me a receipt without disclosing the weight. When I inquire about receiving a receipt displaying the weight, I am told it is not a service they offer. This inconsistency is concerning, as the Post Office ensures every item's weight is documented, safeguarding both customers and the business. This ongoing issue at [redacted] Airline [redacted] is perplexing. Despite my efforts to overestimate weights on prepaid labels to avoid fees, I faced a situation where a worker declined to weigh my package and issue a weight-verified receipt, resulting in an unexpected charge. This lack of standard procedure is unacceptable, and clarity on FedEx's policy is necessary. David

Tracking number: [redacted]93. I have missed the delivery attempts due to work hours. There is a notice at my building directing deliveries to [redacted] Quayside Drive where the Concierge handles packages for both buildings. Please deliver to [redacted] Quayside Drive. I can't be available during delivery times. Calling Fedex is frustrating with automated systems. I need to speak to a person for resolution. The recurring issue confuses me. Expecting receivers to be home for deliveries is unrealistic. Please deliver to the Concierge at [redacted] Quayside Drive.

To whom it may concern, I recently interviewed with Fedex on July 2, [redacted]. During the interview, I mentioned my legal name change from Kimberly Ann Avilleira to Kim Shamy. This change led to a discrepancy between my ID and Social Security Card, causing a delay in my background check process. After rectifying the name mismatch and submitting the necessary documents, I was informed that my background check was completed on July 30, [redacted], and that I am eligible. However, I may have missed a call from Fedex as my phone records show a missed call from an [redacted] area code at 11:57 am. As I am eagerly awaiting a response regarding the next steps, I am concerned that I may have missed the call I have been waiting for. I currently work as a waitress and understand the challenges of being available for calls. I am unsure if I should reapply to Fedex or wait for further contact. Alternatively, I am open to being contacted via email at [redacted] Thank you for addressing this matter.

Whenever I make a purchase, I always request for packages to be left at the back door, which is just 6 steps away from the front. Despite having a 3-foot by 4-foot wooden sign on my sidewalk clearly stating "Packages in the rear, no solicitation," the FedEx driver keeps delivering to the front. I've even confronted the driver once, but the issue persists. I am willing to pay extra to avoid FedEx deliveries altogether. This is not just a security concern but also an inconvenience as I prefer packages to be left at the back. Other delivery services manage to follow these instructions, so I am frustrated with FedEx's lack of adherence. My recent tracking number was 1[redacted] [redacted].

Today at 2:13 pm, the doorbell rang, and I rushed to receive my package from FedEx at my apartment lobby. This was the second delivery attempt after missing the first one yesterday. Despite my quick response, the driver had already left. Unfortunately, I struggled to find assistance through both the online chat and phone support until I reached a representative after multiple attempts. After escalating the issue, I was assured by William that the package would be delivered today. However, I later received an email from James incorrectly stating it was the third attempt and the package wouldn't be redelivered. I have clarified multiple times that I paid for shipping as I am unable to pick it up myself. It's crucial for FedEx drivers to allow more time for recipients, especially considering circumstances like age or disability where extra time may be needed to reach the door. Prompt and proper delivery is expected today.

I recently placed an order and mistakenly entered a business address, a repeated error that has caused issues in the past. Despite providing the correct address, FedEx failed to deliver twice out of three attempts. A quick Google search of the address shows the exact business location, making it frustrating that FedEx didn't utilize this simple step. On the first delivery attempt, I witnessed the truck passing by without attempting to navigate the complex, only to receive a delivery failure notification afterwards. What's more disappointing is that neither I nor the FedEx staff handling the shipment can rectify the address or hold the package at a designated spot due to restrictions on the package. It feels like a lack of effort and common sense compared to my experiences with UPS and USPS.
