Enter the mobile number in the contact details without spaces or special characters. Include the country code at the beginning. For example, for an Indian number, you would use +91 followed by the 10-digit mobile number.

If it has been a few hours and you still haven’t received it, it could either be a delay in the system or there might have been a typo in your contact information. Please check your spam or junk folder in your email. If you still can't find your booking confirmation, we recommend getting in touch with IndiGo customer service as soon as possible to rectify the issue.
