Lowe’s have the worst costumer service I’ve ever seen. How have you gotten so bad , I do not know. I have spent over fourth five minutes trying to reach someone to get my credit card from keep being charged for the same item. I was disconnected four times. Put on hold six times and transfer to other departments I can’t tell you how many times. If you don’t want to talk to your customers you should not be in business. I do not even want to shop at your stores again. I wish you would just try to get in touch with a store manager. Ann Arbor store,Good luck. You should start a program to just call around to your own stores to check out your customer service to improve your company ,do something anything.
