I purchased a very heavy storm door last year which is guaranteed service if it needs repair. The door only works a couple of weeks. They ordered a new part which has been delivered to the store, however, I can’t get through to anyone to order service to repair the part. The door is going to hurt someone badly, or even kill my * dogs, if not repaired. I tried calling the man that originally installed it, but his voicemail is always full. I go to the store and wait a long time, for nothing. No one there to help me. I was on the phone for * hours today trying to talk to a manager. Every time I was switched to the millworker and door department, it would ring for a long time, then someone would just end the call. A woman at the service desk told me that she would make sure someone called me, no one has! If someone gets hurt or if my dogs get injured or killed, I will file a lawsuit against Lowe’s and the man that originally installed it.
