My account is in the negatives... They just wrote a write off charge. I am unable to do anything with my account because I have been refused a new card since august. The only thing I am allowed to do is pay my credit card bill. someone has hacked into my account and spent majority of my money in my account and requested multiple disputes which put my account into negative and no one is helping me resolve the issue. I need help
