I called to add on roadside assistance to my existing auto policy- the man on the phone old me i would need a new policy since my address hadn't been updated to california. I agreed. I then set up automatic payments and he told me that i would either need to make a down payment in the beginning of august, or if i chose not too, my policy would be $*** a month. I said I would try to make the down payment and ended up not doing so. Now it is sending me emails i am past due on my payments. I need my account adjusted BEFORE mine and my husbands credit score is affected.
