I was scammed help of $*,*** with Wells Fargo Bank. This occurred on July *rd ****. Someone paid off my credit card and just before it cleared it got deleted but before this happened they were able to transfer $*,*** to someone I do not know. What happened was someone unknown to me paid off my credit card and then they proceeded to do a wire transfer Andrea malpas. Wells Fargo Bank would not tell me who made the payment on my credit card. I should be entitled to this information. The only reason that I found out that there was a wire transfer was that there was a payment made to my credit card and the amount of $***.**, I immediately called the bank and told them that I did not make this payment. Then this is when I found out that this wire transfer has occurred. I called the bank immediately to tell them that I did not make this wire transfer but they would do nothing. Now I'm being asked by someone in the executive branch why am I trying to get my $*,*** back. Will $*,*** is a lot of money to me and I think I deserve the $*,*** back. Wells Fargo drop the ball. I sent Wells Fargo ** secure messages, of which they deny now of ever getting one. I told the lady in the executive branch that not everybody with Wells Fargo was honest. I still think this was an inside job by an employee with Wells Fargo Bank. This all happened on July *rd **** about *:** a.m. in the morning. At that time I did not check my emails but maybe once or twice a week. When I saw that Wells Fargo had allowed a wire transfer to go through I called them and told them to stop it stop the wire transfer I told him that I did not do this. Who wouldn't want their money back, I certainly do I feel like I have been scammed by Wells Fargo Bank. And my name is Mary Davis at *** Roberts Street, Anderson South Carolina *****. I have read online where Wells Fargo has had many scams but they do not want to be responsible for any of it. I think this is BS. All I want Wells Fargo to do is to do the right thing and that is pay me my **** money. I do believe that anyone working with Wells Fargo bank and their bank account had been scammed or hijacked or whatever they would want their $*,*** back too. And this includes the CEO of this company. Now if they want some bad press., I am certainly capable of giving it to them. Social media in this day and time makes a huge impact on decision making of individuals.
