There are other ways to contact Stripe customer service besides the phone. Below we list them by medium, from most to least popular.
Report a problem using Stripe's app
To access the Stripe Support Center, click the "Contact Stripe Support" link in the Profile menu.
Open the Stripe app and tap on the profile in the top left corner. Then, select "Contact Stripe Support" at the bottom, in the Support section. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the next screen and click on "Contact Stripe Express Support." You will be entered into an automated chat. If your issue still isn't resolved after the chat, you will then be connected to chat with an actual agent.

Get back into your Stripe account
Even if you've forgotten your Stripe login details, suspect your account has been compromised, or just can't access your email, you can still reach customer support. The following video explains how.
On the login screen click "Forgot your password" and enter your email. Stripe will send you a reset link where you can change your password. If you don't have access to your emai,l go to Stripe.com and click on the widget that says "Chat with Stripes sales." Next, click on "Account Support" and you will be taken to the Support site. In the list of articles, click on the one that says "Can't complete two-step authentication." You will then see link to the account recovery form, click that. The next screen will ask you to submit identification to verify that you are the account owner. Follow those instructions.
