To cancel your ScentBird subscription, log into your account, go to the "Account" section, and select "Cancel Subscription." Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation. This will ensure that you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. Remember to do this before your next billing date to avoid additional charges.

To cancel your ScentBird subscription, log into your account on the ScentBird website, navigate to the "Account" section, and select "Manage Subscription." Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription. Be sure to do this before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged again.

If your tracking number indicates that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors or nearby locations where it might have been left. Sometimes packages are delivered to a safe place or to a different address nearby. To cancel a processing order in your queue, go to your account on the ScentBird website. Find the “Orders” section, locate the order you wish to cancel, and select the cancellation option. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Make sure to cancel before the order transitions to the shipping stage.
