I have a Mailchimp account that I have not used in a year. I am unable to log in. When I enter my username and password, the application displays an error message stating, "Your login is not associated with any Mailchimp accounts. Would you like to create a new one?" However, when I try to create a new account, it redirects me back to the login page, creating a loop. I need to access my account as it is linked to my website via APIs, which are functioning correctly. I am eager to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.
