I returned a Xbox one elite controller within ** days of purchase for being defective. When i first purchased the controller I purchased the * year service agreement. When I returned the controller they said if I wanted another service agreement that I had to purchase it again. The manufacturer has a * year warranty. My argument is that the manufacturer warranty should have replaced the controller and my service agreement should still be active all done through the place I purchased it.
GetHuman2950154 did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
