Speak to a live person and not be lied to ... ARE YOU OWNED BY AN EX-PRESIDENT *I don't understand a corporation like Boost Mobile pushing all of their customers to get a new phone. I have been told so many times and emailed and called and heard that I need a new phone to continue with Boost Mobile. I just purchased my Boost Mobile branded phone * years ago for $***.**. it is a Samsung Galaxy j* refine model SM j***a teams . The IMEI number is ***************. At that time, I'm sure Boost Mobile knew they were getting rid of the *-G towers. Oh well, why wasn't I told when I purchased it that there would be a problem with it in the very near future as you guys already knew.. ** *I have been with Boost Mobile for many many years. I don't want to switch but it's grossly unappealingy'all are using makes me want to. I have spent two days trying to talk to somebody, A LIVING PERSON, only to get hung up on three times within ** minutes calling the two numbers that I have. I am **, disabled, low-income, I am on an extremely tight budget, fixed income on SSDI, and I don't appreciate this ****, my brain fog is bad enough,*I live alone, my car is from **** and needs repairs I can't afford, the closest Boost Mobile store is over ** miles away!! * I am very ill and trying NOT TO GET COVID AS I AM HIGH-RISK. Even if I could drive there, I do not want to stand in a crowded Boost Mobile store with my Rollator and watch the frustrated looks of the customer service representatives in the store, because that's what I'm sure they would look like with all this confusion. I feel very bad for them, they are having a hard enough time with life, and then your job makes you have to lie to customers and tell them they need a new phone when all they really needed was a free SIM card? If all I needed was a new SIM card, couldn't that have just been mailed out to the ones that just need SIM cards. This is crazy! Your marketing manager needs a lot more tact!! This is a good way to lose a lot of loyal customers.
I am disabled, nearest store over ** miles away, I need car repairs, I live alone. Their pushy, false information advertising is very off-putting! A good way to lose a lot of loyal customers! And you can't even speak to a live person oh, and this is a Communications company? If you can't talk to a live person at a Communications Company, and they tell you that your service is going to be interrupted, but try **** and high water you cannot talk to a live person.
I would like a live person to talk to, and send me a SIM card if that's what I need, I have had to Google all this to try to find out information because the help center at Boost Mobile acts like this isn't even happening!
